Today, August 17th, marks the one year anniversary of the television premiere of the Disney Channel Original Movie "High School Musical 2." If you remember, the premiere brought in a total of 17.3 million viewers in the United States - almost 10 million more than the first film - making it, at the time, the highest-rated basic-cable broadcast in U.S. History. Congrats to all of the cast and crew! Let's hope for even more success when "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" hits theaters!
